AT&T Store

Without a doubt, Dennis at the 1601 Blake St., downtown Denver address, saved me from almost having a nervous breakdown by solving my issues with my AT&T port out issue to Verizon. I wasn't even an AT&T customer at that point but he helped me with the customer service you always want as a customer. At that point, I had been without text and calls for two weeks because switching over left me with a half ported phone which means I couldn't get any incoming calls/texts. My situation might have been more complex than normal since I traded in my prior iPhone connected to AT&T to apple already and had not even a SIM card. 2 weeks into this, I had talked to 10 over the phone representatives and no one could help me, I even went into 2 retail stores to help and they were "not educated" to say the least! calling out the at&t stores at 555 Broadway and 1501 S Colorado Blvd with nothing but a call *port or something. ONLY Dennis at 1601 Blake St.had the knowledge and experience to help me with this issue. I could tell it's because 1. he had so much experience in seeing all the issues customers could have 2. because he cared. When I do return to AT&T, the only reason would be because a very kind person helped me in my deepest of need (2 weeks without cellphone reception?) it was a great need at the time and it saved me from having a nervous breakdown. I know I’m super late but I was in a huge dilemma because my iPhone began freezing and I couldn’t access my game tickets for banner night , I walked for miles trying to find a mobile phone store because I couldn’t use my phone or Siri to locate one, I was lucky enough to find this store 30 min before the ceremonies began. And they handled the situation in less than 5 min and I got to make the event, Brandon you are a lifesaver and I appreciate the help

Recently went in to replace phone that finally gave out. Salesman was SUPER. Looked for every deal he could. Spent time with two indecisive people running through options. Didn't try to upsale us. These are people who really want their customers to leave their store with exactly what they want. Absolutely brilliant.

Horrendous service from a know-it-all that does not know it all. Not sure where they found this guy, but clearly his objective is to argue with you until you go away so he can keep watching movies. Was told, multiple times, that my phone didn't support the service I needed. Despite demonstrating the contrary, I was told again "dude it's not going to work" without actually putting any effort into it. Went to a different ATT store where they took care of the issue immediately. There's another recent review that describes their experience as "very bad, surreal, and bizarre", and I unfortunately know exactly what they mean.
